gocontigo currently ships within the United States. Standard Shipping is free.

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. After shipment, standard transit generally takes 4–6 business days. Weekends and United States federal holidays are not business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier or weather delays.

Tracking information is sent to the email used for the order after shipment. If an address is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has shipped.

For delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered packages, contact us with the order number and relevant details so we can review the shipment and available resolution.
